Role Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support System Administrator to manage IT infrastructure tasks, including patch management, cybersecurity, switch configuration, firewall management, and Azure cloud administration.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement security patches using RMM tools (e.g., Datto RMM)

-Apply cybersecurity measures and configure HP switches with VLAN segmentation

-Manage firewalls (preferably Sophos/Fortinet) and oversee backups

-Administer Azure cloud environments and optimize security across Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory

-Identify automation opportunities in Azure and on-premises systems

-Document system configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant IT qualification
