Overview:
NTK Retail, part of the VKB Group, is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage cash transactions at our Elim branch. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work in the agricultural retail sector, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Handle paypoint sales efficiently and accurately.
-Perform daily stock counts to ensure accurate inventory management.
-Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned.
-Continuously provide excellent customer service to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
-Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
-Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Clear criminal record.
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
Skills:
-High accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
-Excellent client service and communication skills.
-Conflict management abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
