We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our Snacks division at PepsiCo Park CDC in Germiston. This role is key to driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and expand traditional trade routes across all product categories to meet revenue and volume targets outlined in the Annual Operating Plan
-Achieve 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate
-Maintain product freshness by ensuring stales remain below 0.5%
-Acquire new business opportunities as per the Annual Operating Plan
-Manage cash flow and stock efficiently
-Analyze sales reports to identify areas for continuous improvement on assigned routes
-Promote cost control by driving the company vehicle efficiently
-Ensure compliance with all company policies, including those related to sales, health, and safety
-Maintain and take care of company assets such as handheld devices, vehicles, uniforms, and mobile phones
Requirements
-A 3-year tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 1 year in a sales role
-At least 1 year of experience driving a vehicle in a professional capacity
-Valid Code 10 driver’s license
-Valid Public Driver’s Permit (PDP)
-Certified Defensive Driver Certification
