1. Clerk General X3 – Bloemfontein Bakery
Location: Bloemfontein, South Africa
Key Responsibilities
-Verify inter-company debits, account allocations, parked journals, and prepaid expenses
-Maintain personnel records, process payroll items, and manage provident fund details
-Arrange travel, accommodation, and handle general correspondence
-Compile monthly financial reports and reconcile driver records
-Process outstanding invoices and assist with customer orders and queries
Requirements
-Matric certificate
-3 years of relevant experience in debtors, creditors, stock management, and payroll
-Experience with SAP systems
2. Sales Representative X10 – PepsiCo Park CDC Snacks
Location: Germiston, South Africa
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and expand traditional trade routes to achieve revenue and volume targets
-Maintain customer call rate, strike rate, and product freshness
-Acquire new business opportunities in line with the Annual Operating Plan
-Manage cash, stock, and analyze reports for continuous improvement
-Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain company assets
Requirements
-3-year tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce
-At least 3 years of FMCG experience, including 1 year in sales
-Valid Code 10 driver’s license and Public Driver’s Permit
-Certified Defensive Driver Certification
3. Facilities Assistant X2 – Isando Plant Snacks
Location: Isando, South Africa
Key Responsibilities
-Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and installations
-Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
-Maintain outdoor areas and assist with emergency repairs
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain tools and equipment
-Document maintenance work and report on outstanding issues
Requirements
-Grade 12 (Matric)
-N3 qualification in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering
-Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an FMCG environment
-Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance software such as SAP, On Key, or JD Edwards
4. Clerk Sales Administration x3 – Cape Town HQ
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Key Responsibilities
-Interpret and capture Trade Agreements in SAP
-Maintain a summary of trading terms and coordinate with Customer Managers
-Review and validate monthly rebate reports
-Calculate and process rebate payments in line with trading terms
-Investigate discrepancies and assist with audits
Requirements
-Matric qualification (tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is a plus)
-At least 2 years of experience in an FMCG environment
-Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SAP BI, and SAP CRM
-Strong communication and time management skills
