Overview:
The Department is looking for Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of its assets and personnel. The ideal candidates will possess relevant security qualifications and experience in security management.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise security functions performed by officers and service providers.
-Ensure adherence to departmental security policies.
-Administer control room operations to safeguard departmental assets.
-Perform various administrative duties related to security.
Requirements:
-Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4/5).
-Security Certificate (minimum of 1 year of study).
-Grade B PSIRA certificate.
-3 years of security experience.
-Skills: Interpersonal skills, creative thinking, communication (verbal and written), decision-making, and computer literacy.
