Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
-Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery and resolve client issues.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database.
-Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction metrics.
-Assist in the development of client engagement strategies to enhance service offerings.
-Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on MerSETA programs and services.
-Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggesting improvements in client service processes.
Requirements:
-A relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum of 1 years of experience in client liaison or customer service roles.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
-Knowledge of the MerSETA mandate and industry will be an advantage.
