Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Service Agent to join our team on a six-month contract. The primary role is to handle customer service queries and provide innovative solutions tailored to each situation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in our customer service policies and possess a solid understanding of our products and services, enabling them to deliver accurate and timely assistance.


Key Responsibilities

-Respond to customer queries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media, addressing issues, product inquiries, and general concerns.

-Maintain a high standard of professionalism, building positive relationships with every customer interaction.

-Manage and respond to social media queries and concerns promptly.

-Accurately update customer information in the service database during and after each interaction.

-Stay informed about product updates, marketing strategies, and changes in company policies by collaborating with the management team.

-Resolve customer issues efficiently, turning challenging situations into opportunities to retain customers and enhance loyalty.

-Communicate with customers through relevant channels in a professional manner.

-Provide feedback and maintain up-to-date reports for internal use.


Requirements

Essential:

  • Grade 12 Certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care or a call centre environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in speed, accuracy, and navigation.

Desirable:

  • Experience in online chat support.
  • Prior experience with remote or work-from-home environments.
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM or more, with 90% accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
