Job Purpose:
Adidas Store is seeking a dedicated Permanent Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. You will assist in daily store operations while providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver the highest level of customer service to every client.
-Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and checks.
-Assist with ticketing of products and verifying paperwork against received items.
-Support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.
-Help create merchandise displays or follow instructions from store management.
-Master the use of the point-of-sale system and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
-Utilize selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining technical product details, to meet sales goals.
-Greet and assist customers in finding the right products, occasionally acting as a Greeter during busy periods.
-Maintain general housekeeping standards and safeguard company assets.
Skills and Experience:
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in fashion retail is an advantage but not essential.
