About the Role

Capitec Bank is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in the banking industry. As a Better Champion, you will welcome clients, manage branch flow efficiently, assist with ATM and self-service transactions, and gain valuable experience for future service consulting opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

-Provide outstanding client service by managing branch queues and guiding clients.

-Assist clients with ATM and remote/self-service channels.

-Perform basic transactions and support clients with banking needs.

-Develop skills and knowledge to grow into a service consultant role.


Minimum Experience

Required: No prior experience is necessary but a Grade 12 National Certificate is essential.

Preferred: Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.


Qualifications

Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.

Preferred: Familiarity with banking environments and Capitec Bank products and processes.


Required Skills

-Communication skills.

-Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

-Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to engage effectively with people.


Employment Conditions

-Clear criminal and credit record.

-Fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec’s internal electronic systems.
