Overview

Crawford International, part of the ADvTECH Schools Division, is seeking a responsible and motivated individual to join the team as a College Driver and Maintenance Worker. This role contributes to the smooth operation of our Sandton College campus, supporting the private education sector’s mission of sustainable human development in South Africa.


Key Responsibilities

-Safely transport students, staff, and materials as required.

-Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping of college vehicles.

-Conduct daily vehicle checks, including refueling and completing safety checklists.

-Assist with general tasks and miscellaneous duties as needed.


Required Competencies

-Excellent eyesight and punctuality.

-Energetic, reliable, and responsible with a positive attitude.

-Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with students and staff.

-Enthusiastic team player with a trustworthy nature.

-Willingness to work overtime when required.


Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric).

Licensing: Valid Code EB Driver’s Licence and valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a comparable environment.
