1. Artisan: Fitter and Turner (X2)
Location: Pretoria West, Gauteng, South Africa

Overview:
We are looking for two skilled Artisan: Fitter and Turners to join our Baking Division in Pretoria West. Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, this role involves maintaining high standards of machinery efficiency and safety, ensuring smooth operations across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
- Assemble, install, and repair piping systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Clean and lubricate parts, including shafts, bearings, and gears.
- Train and mentor apprentices and artisan assistants.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and complete routine inspections.
Requirements:
- Trade-tested Fitter and Turner or Millwright with dual trade.
- N3 qualification or higher (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years of milling experience.
- Basic electrical knowledge and computer literacy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and lead a team effectively.
2. Artisan: Electrician
Location: Malelane, Mpumalanga, South Africa

Overview:
RCL Foods is seeking an experienced Artisan Electrician to join the Sugar Manufacturing team in Malelane. This role is focused on maintaining all electrical equipment within the Packaging and Warehouse departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, program, and troubleshoot VSDs and soft starters (220v–525v).
- Repair chillers and dehumidifiers, and maintain packing machines and ancillary equipment.
- Conduct transformer maintenance and ensure the upkeep of electrical backup systems.
- Perform fault-finding using PLC and SCADA systems.
- Carry out routine inspections and standby duties as required.
Requirements:
- Trade-tested Millwright or Electrician with N3 (N4 or higher preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a packaging environment.
- Wireman’s license is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Must have own transport and South African citizenship.
3. Mechanical / Electrical Foreman – Sectional
Location: Pretoria West, Gauteng, South Africa

Overview:
We are hiring a Mechanical/Electrical Foreman to oversee the mechanical, boiler-making, and electrical sections of our Pretoria West Plant. This role involves managing departmental operations, ensuring safety and reliability, and driving the execution of key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
- Drive sectional improvement initiatives and execute key projects.
- Conduct engineering problem-solving and maintain equipment uptime.

Requirements:

4. Mechanical / Electrical Foreman – Facilities

RCL Foods is recruiting a Mechanical/Electrical Foreman to manage the facilities section of the Pretoria West Plant. This role focuses on maintaining mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment and driving the execution of facilities projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are in place for facilities services.
- Lead the facilities project roadmap and optimize service delivery.
- Conduct problem-solving to enhance equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Provide training for subordinates and manage team engagement.
- Comply with OHS Act, maintain housekeeping standards, and ensure safety protocol adherence.
Requirements:
