Duties and Responsibilities:
As a participant in the Boxer Superstores Graduate Programme, you will:
–Support Departmental Activities: Work closely with your assigned department to assist with daily operations, including data analysis, reporting, and process enhancements.
–Learn and Apply Industry Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge in your specific field of study and apply it to real-world business challenges.
–Receive Mentorship and Training: Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional training programmes to enhance your skills and career readiness.
–Engage in Performance Reviews: Attend regular performance feedback sessions to assess progress, recognize strengths, and set actionable goals for development.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
-Successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
-Have 0 to 2 years of working experience.
