1. Manager: Risk Management and Compliance (Salary Level 11)
- Salary: R849 702 – R1 000 908 p.a. (Inclusive of benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in Auditing, Police Science, Risk Management, Forensic Science, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of proven management experience in Risk Management/Investigations.
- Knowledge of Anti-Corruption Act, NPA Act, Special Investigations Tribunal Act, and relevant SASSA policies.
- Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage identified/reported fraud cases.
- Oversee awareness programmes and operational risk register updates.
- Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA).
- Manage unit resources effectively.

- 1–2 years of management experience in grants operations.
- Knowledge of SASSA’s mandate and relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate grant application processes for compliance.
- Improve and manage grant value chain processes at service points.
- Train operational and frontline staff on grant operations.
- Manage data reporting and provide legislative advice.

3. Clerk: Personnel Provisioning & Maintenance (Salary Level 05)
- Salary: R216 417 – R254 928 p.a. (Exclusive of benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Knowledge of Public Service legislation and Human Capital Management processes.
- Post-matric qualification and valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel administrative tasks, including recruitment, staff allowances, resettlement, and transfers.
- Handle leave administration, including auditing and database management.
- Compile statistical reports on human capital matters.
- Support district and local offices with operational HR issues.
