Overview

PepsiCo, a global leader in food and beverage production, is seeking three dependable Feeder Drivers to join our Aeroton Bakery team in Johannesburg. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock to customers while upholding our high standards of safety, customer service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

-Ensure the correct stock is loaded as per the invoice and picking list.

-Deliver the correct stock to customers as per the invoice.

-Uplift buybacks and returns as per claim and uplift documents.

-Accurately capture returned or damaged stock on the Handheld Computer device (HHC) and return it to the Debriefer.

-Complete routine maintenance, checks, and other vehicle-related activities in line with company policies.

-Keep the delivery vehicle clean and tidy, both interior and exterior.

-Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) documents are clear and compliant with company policies.

-Manage the delivery assistant during operations.

-Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations, including PPE compliance.

-Follow road traffic regulations and pre-planned route schedules.

Requirements

-Matric (Grade 12).

-Valid Code 14 (EC) driver’s license with Professional Driving Permit (PDP).

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

-Knowledge and experience working with Handheld Computer devices (HHC).

-Strong drive for results and ability to work under pressure.

-Excellent communication skills and adaptability to workplace changes.
