Overview:
Flyfofa Aviation Training, in partnership with the National Skills Fund (NSF) and the Department of Higher Education and Training, is offering a fully funded bursary for Initial Cabin Crew Training. This program provides aspiring flight attendants with the skills, knowledge, and certifications needed to pursue a rewarding career in aviation.
Program Details:
- Duration: 12 Weeks (Full-time program, including accommodation and monthly stipend).
- Certification: Comprehensive training in line with SACAA regulations, including theoretical, practical, internal, and external SACAA exams.
- Outcome: Cabin Crew License, enabling employment with both local and international airlines.
Entry Requirements:
- South African citizenship.
- Age: 18 to 23 years.
- Reside in Gauteng Province.
- Completed Grade 12 with a minimum Level 5 in English.
- Willingness to undergo an Aviation Medical Examination.
- Minimum height: 1.6m.
- Highly motivated, safety-oriented, and culturally sensitive.

- South Africans of all racial groups residing in Gauteng Province.
- Child Grant Recipients.
- Learners who attended high school at quintile 1, 2, or 3 schools.
Selection Process:
- Pre-screening: Applications will be reviewed for eligibility.
- Aviation Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical assessment.
- Panel Interviews: Final selection will involve interviews with a panel.
