The Contact Center Manager will be your boss as a Learner: Contact Center Agent. The place where the Learnership Program is based is in Parktown, Johannesburg.
The Discoverership program will last for 12 months and start in January 2024. You will learn new things and gain experience. At the same time, the successful incumbents will be set up to take an active and important role in the job market.
