Job Description:
PEP is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Tsolo. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work up to 27 hours per week, contributing to a fun and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Minimize stock loss by adhering to security measures and stock handling procedures.
- Maintain a low-cost business model by driving efficiencies and following company guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance sales and uphold store standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Clear criminal record.
- South African citizenship.
- Preferably reside within 15km of Tsolo.
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or Cashier is advantageous.
- Fluency in isiXhosa and English is preferred.
- Computer literacy.
- Passion for retail and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
