Overview
Shell Village is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fuel Attendants to join our service team. If you enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent service, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by refueling vehicles accurately and safely.
- Provide friendly and professional service.
- Perform basic checks (oil, water, tire pressure) when requested.
- Maintain cleanliness of forecourt and pumps.
- Handle customer queries and assist with directions or general information.
Requirements
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not required.
