Career Opportunity: HR & Payroll Assistant
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as an HR & Payroll Assistant at Associated Automotive Distributors (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR and payroll matters.
- Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- HR Qualification will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
