Job Overview
Ackermans is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Supervisor to join our team in Mafeteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience through effective stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and accurate transaction processing at till points.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient stock replenishment and maintain high merchandising standards.
- Oversee till operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication at all levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with Ackermans’ policies, procedures, and values.
- Support team performance, attendance, and punctuality expectations.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven experience in till operations with a strong record of accuracy.
- High standards of sales floor maintenance and merchandising.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
