Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to support our retail operations at Access Park, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the store, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to every customer, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Handle sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks.
- Assist with ticketing products and verifying paperwork against received items.
- Support the flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.
- Secure company assets and inventory to prevent shrinkage.
- Help develop and maintain merchandise displays based on management’s guidelines.
- Achieve proficiency with the point-of-sale system, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Use effective selling techniques, such as add-on sales and explaining product details to customers, to meet sales goals.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products; occasionally serve as a greeter during busy times.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards in the store.
- Safeguard company assets at all times.

Education and Experience:
