Overview

Sportscene Letlhakane is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store administration, stock control, financial transactions, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

-Assist the Store Manager with stock-taking and administrative duties.

-Monitor and analyse stock movement to ensure accurate record-keeping.

-Implement risk management procedures to mitigate stock losses and shrinkage.

-Ensure compliance with all administration, systems, and reporting processes.

-Extract and analyse store turnover and stock performance reports.

-Organise and maintain an efficient in-store filing system.

-Monitor and control cash transactions and store financial processes.

-Ensure adherence to store safety and security protocols.

-Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

-Identify customer needs through professional engagement and enhance customer satisfaction.

-Promote customer loyalty programmes and encourage repeat business.

-Maintain visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping.

-Continuously develop selling skills and expand product knowledge.

-Work within a team to meet sales targets and support store objectives.

-Stay updated on the latest fashion trends to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

BGCSE or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail or administrative role.

-Proficiency in computer applications and retail administration.

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
