Overview:

Responsibilities:
-Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
-Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, and update company databases.
-Oversee procurement, inventory management, filing systems, and logistics.
-Assist with quotations, invoices, expense tracking, reports, and coordinating sales activities with suppliers and clients.
-Handle client communications, customer relationship management, and supplier coordination.
-Support document preparation, strategic communication, and compliance with company policies.
-Assist management in executing business goals, operational strategies, and the company vision.
-Coordinate with different teams to ensure workflow efficiency and effective communication.
Requirements & Skills:
-A diploma/degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
