AFGRI – Administration Clerks (X4 Positions)

Overview:
We are looking for an Administration Clerk to efficiently manage the administrative tasks at our branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Compare received stock with delivery notes.
  • File delivery notes and assist with receiving duties as needed.
  • Ensure documents are correctly processed and sequenced in the system.
  • Collect and link invoices with delivery notes and orders electronically.
  • Handle claims for warranties, damaged items, delivery issues, and expired stock.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and resolve their queries.
  • Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., outstanding claims, purchase orders).
  • Assist with stock-taking and capture stock count sheets in the system.
  • Report stock variances to the line manager.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers about outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
  • Ensure codes, prices, and stock match orders and received items.
  • Conduct daily cash-ups and ensure compliance with policy for surpluses and shortages.
  • Report daily cash-ups and discrepancies to the Regional Banking Clerk.

Requirements:

Required Minimum Education/Training:

  • Grade 12

Required Minimum Work Experience:

  • 1 year of administration experience
