Job Description:
To provide over-the-counter sales and administration of component inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- No Experience needed
- One Year Experience will be an added advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Assist with stock taking and counting.
- Maintain a clean and tidy parts area.
- Handle walk-in and phone-in client inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure that sales are processed correctly.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES:
- A current driver’s license
- Product Understanding
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent customer service
- Effective communication
