Programme Overview:
The Graduate Talent and Development Programme (TDP) at Armscor is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience and develop their skills within the dynamic environment of the defense industry. This program is designed to expose graduates to practical work experience while providing them with a monthly remuneration stipend during their participation.

Fields of Study:
Armscor is currently seeking graduates with qualifications in the following fields:

  1. BEng Mechanical Engineering
  2. BSc Biochemistry
  3. BSc Microbiology
  4. BSc Eng. Electronics Engineering

Programme Objectives:
The TDP aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Facilitate the integration of academic knowledge into real-world applications.
  • Enhance graduates’ professional development through hands-on experience.
  • Foster a deeper understanding of the defense industry and its unique challenges.

Requirements / Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Graduate Talent and Development Programme (TDP) at Armscor, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a degree in one of the mentioned qualifications.
  • No prior work experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Only South African citizens will be considered for this programme.
  • Applicants must be willing to relocate as required by the programme.
  • Age should not exceed 35 years.
  • Must possess a clear Criminal Record.

Programme Details:

  • Duration: The TDP is a fixed-term programme with a duration to be determined by the specific field of study.
  • Remuneration: Participants will receive a monthly remuneration stipend for the duration of the programme.
