Responsibilities:
As a graduate intern at AVBOB, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting baseline data to establish benchmarks for performance evaluation.
- Conducting internal data reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Maintaining the integrity of monitoring and evaluation tools for reporting purposes.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and accurately evaluate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must possess:
- A Diploma/Degree in Environmental Sciences, Social Science, Law, Economics, Accounting, Internal Audit, Commercial Engineering, or other related disciplines with a strong focus on Sustainability.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- A keen interest in Sustainability/ESG practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), including good listening skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data, and a figure-oriented mindset.
- Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
