Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to create a WOW experience for each customer.
- Cater to the distinctive and specific shopping requirements of individual customers, always prioritizing their needs.
- Provide prompt and relevant assistance to customers both on the sales floor and over the phone.
- Uphold and comply with fundamental customer service benchmarks.
- Identify customer needs, offer guidance on product variety, pricing, and warranties.
- Demonstrate, elucidate, and counsel customers on product features and benefits.
- Actively engage in selling products, emphasizing additional sales and services.
- Guarantee accurate pricing and appealing product displays.
- Ensure timely execution and pre-planned implementation of promotions.
- Adhere rigorously to merchandising, layout, and cleanliness standards.
- Plan, implement, and maintain advertised sales promotions promptly.
- Report sales trends, both fast-moving and slow-moving items, to the Store Manager.
- Participate in stock-taking and inventory counts.
- Minimize stock loss and reduce expenses within the area of responsibility.
- Maximize sales across all sections.
- Safeguard the company’s assets within the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Possession of Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- At least 6 months of prior retail experience.
- Availability of reliable transportation for working shifts.
