Purpose Statement:
As a Bank Better Champion, your role will involve welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow, and ensuring efficient queue functioning. You will provide excellent client service, assist clients at the ATM, and handle transactions on various self-service channels. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

Experience:
Minimum:

  • No prior experience required, but candidates must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
    Ideal:
  • Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment is advantageous.

Qualifications (Minimum):

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):

  • Knowledge of bank branch environments
  • Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities

Conditions of Employment:

  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Must have fingerprints detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
