Key Account Manager (Jwaneng)
Overview:
The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing financial, operational, and safety risks while overseeing several projects and service contracts. This individual will focus on maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring business growth, and delivering customized solutions that align with customer needs.
Responsibilities:
-Minimize financial, operational, and safety risks in managing projects and service contracts.
-Develop effective business relationships and resolve customer issues.
-Drive business development and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
-Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure profitability.
-Prepare and present reports and business performance insights.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
-Business management or relevant industry certifications (advantageous).
-Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mining or technical operations.
-Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in SAP and CMMS systems is an added advantage.
