About Us:
We’re looking for skilled, driven people to join our team as Parts Trainees right now. This job opening is open to both regular team members inside the company and people from outside the company. Duties:
As a Parts Trainee, you will be in charge of many things, such as, but not limited to:
-Parts must be picked correctly based on lists of parts to be picked.
-Linking picked parts to the right customer accounts.
-Packing parts with the paperwork needed for pickup and freight.
-Generously putting parts into bins and remembering where the bins are kept.
-Help with processing goods, making reports, and doing daily cycle counts.
-Helping with the getting, sending, delivering, and picking up of parts as needed.
-Making sure that Part and SHEQ rules, policies, and processes are followed.
–To help with sales at the parts store.
-Ability to work on the weekends and extra hours as needed.
-Keeping the house clean in general.
Requirements:
To do well in this job, you should have the following:
-Grade 12 or something similar (Abet Level 4)?
–Skills for talking and writing things down.
-Drive, creativity, and the ability to motivate oneself.
-A determined spirit and the ability to work well under pressure.
-Looks good, is on time, and treats others with care.
-Ability to follow rules and policies about privacy.
-Driver’s license with code 8 that works.
-Having basic computer skills is an extra bonus.
-Experience working with parts before is preferred.
-Readiness to move after training is over if needed.
