Overview

BotswanaPost, through its subsidiary Poso Insure, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join the company as Direct Sales Agents – Insurance. The successful candidates will play a critical role in driving business growth by directly engaging with clients to sell a variety of insurance products. This role requires individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

-Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.

-Effectively present and sell insurance products to prospective clients.

-Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

-Identify and establish relationships with key strategic partners.

-Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and company policies.

-Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze sales data.

-Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.

-Deliver approved policies to clients and explain their benefits and risks.

-Maintain accurate client records and ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.


Qualifications & Experience

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Sales or Marketing.

Certification: Certificate of Proficiency in Long and Short-Term Insurance.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, with a strong background in insurance products and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Remuneration: This position is commission-based only.
