We are continuously offering opportunities in various roles, such as Receiving, Picking, Loading, Cycle Counting, Forklift Operation, Reach Truck Operation, Auditing, and Combining. Responsibilities:
At Boxer Superstores, your role will depend on your experience and skill set. Below are the key positions available and their primary duties:
–General Worker: Manage overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock to ensure timely returns to the Distribution Centre.
–Picker: Select items accurately based on picking slips to prepare them for store distribution.
–Cycle Counter: Maintain stock accuracy by regularly tracking stock quantities.
–Forklift Driver: Load and unload trucks, as well as move and stack pallets efficiently.
–Reach Truck Driver: Use a reach truck to store pallets on racks with precision.
–Auditor: Verify stock counts, inspect for damage, and check expiry dates before dispatch.
–Combiner: Combine stock on pallets and shrink-wrap them securely for delivery.
Requirements:
To thrive in these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 certificate.
- Experience: 0-2 years in warehouse operations (roles assigned according to experience level).
- Licenses: Forklift or Reach Truck license required for respective roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work day and night shifts, weekends, public holidays (including Sundays).
