Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in immersive rotations across various departments to gain a holistic understanding of BP’s operations and business functions.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to real-world challenges within the energy sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects aimed at driving sustainability, efficiency, and growth.

Requirements:
- A recent graduate or about to graduate with a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong academic performance and a passion for driving change in the energy industry.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Flexibility to relocate and undertake rotations in various locations.
