Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional driver to join our team at BUCO Brits. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods and ensuring efficient vehicle operation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to various locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is packed neatly and securely.
- Prevent damages and breakages during transport.
- Supervise and assist with loading and unloading.
- Conduct daily inspection checks on the vehicle.
- Report any defects or issues promptly.
- Maintain the vehicle in good working condition.
- Ensure the correct quantities and supplies are delivered.
- Implement cost-saving measures for vehicle operation.
- Authorize delivery notes.
- Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.
Requirements
- Grade 12 education.
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license (vehicles between 9001 and 16000 kg).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience.
