Overview
BUCO is currently looking to hire experienced drivers for 26 positions available across various locations in South Africa. The chosen candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods. This position requires maintaining vehicles in excellent condition and providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities
-Safely transport goods to assigned destinations.
-Ensure goods are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
-Oversee and assist in the loading and unloading of goods.
-Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain vehicles in good working order and ensure timely servicing.
- Accurately deliver the correct quantities of goods and ensure delivery notes are properly signed.
- Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by upholding the company’s values and culture.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 certificate.
- Skills:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Valid Code 10 driver’s License.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of the products.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience.
- Competencies:
- Ability to achieve results and meet customer expectations.
- Proficiency in following instructions and adhering to procedures.
