Overview:
Flyfofa Aviation Training, in collaboration with the National Skills Fund (NSF) and the Department of Higher Education and Training, is offering a fully funded bursary for Advanced Pilot Training. This program is aimed at commercial pilot license holders to assist with hour-building training, preparing them for greater employment opportunities within the aviation industry.

Program Details:

  • Training Focus: Hour Building (300 Hours)
  • Aircraft: Single-engine aircrafts utilized for training.
  • Duration: 24 months (Full-time program with accommodation and monthly stipend).
  • Monitoring: All flying hours will be scheduled and monitored in line with program requirements.

Entry Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Age limit: 25 years or younger.
  • Reside in Gauteng Province.
  • Hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
  • Possess a valid Medical Class I certificate.

Who Can Apply?

  • South Africans from all racial groups residing in Gauteng Province.
  • Child Grant Recipients.
  • Learners who attended high school at quintile 1, 2, or 3 schools.

Selection Process:

  • Pre-screening: Applications will be reviewed for eligibility.
  • Panel Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
