Overview:
Hungry Lion is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and ensure high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will assist in managing staff, coordinating activities, and driving store performance in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, staff management, and customer service delivery.
- Ensure that company procedures are followed and operational standards are maintained.
- Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and daily reporting.
- Monitor team performance and assist in training and development.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
- A minimum Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or any business-related qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to operational efficiency.
