Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced Alternate Project Manager – Underground to support and back up the Project Manager in delivering safe and efficient project operations. This role includes overseeing daily project execution and leading multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead daily underground project operations and support the Project Manager in their absence.
-Track and monitor progress against project schedules and objectives.
-Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
-Identify and mitigate risks, propose improvement initiatives, and manage technical and cost issues.
-Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and clients for project alignment.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 7 years’ experience in underground mining with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
-Experience in mechanized development mining environments.
-Strong background in project execution, team coordination, and safety.
-Knowledge of JCHX systems, KPIs, and operational tools.
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
-Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
