Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. seeks a skilled Mobile Plant Maintenance Leading Hand to oversee the maintenance and reliability of underground and surface mobile equipment. This role ensures efficient servicing, supports preventative maintenance, and mentors a multi-skilled maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support and guide underground and surface mobile maintenance teams.
-Perform inspections and oversee mobile fleet availability and reliability.
-Coordinate equipment services and monitor maintenance schedules.
-Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards.
-Train and develop the local workforce in mobile maintenance best practices.
-Collaborate with planners to optimize maintenance scheduling.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground and surface mobile equipment maintenance.
-Expertise in diagnostics, fault-finding, and service of mining equipment.
-Experience using PRONTO or similar maintenance management tools.
-High-level safety awareness and regulatory knowledge.
-Strong English communication and leadership skills.
-Ability to mentor, train, and manage multicultural teams.
