Totalsports, a leading sports apparel and lifestyle retailer under The Foschini Group, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Diphalane branch. We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-driven individual who thrives in a high-performance retail environment. Position Purpose:

As a Sales Associate, you will represent Totalsports as a brand ambassador, helping customers find products that match their needs while contributing to the store’s performance goals. You will work closely with the team to maintain a well-stocked, organized, and engaging store environment.


Key Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

-Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

-Promote a wide range of sports and lifestyle products.

-Stay updated with the latest product trends, promotions, and stock availability.

-Replenish stock regularly to ensure the store is fully merchandised.

-Identify new sales opportunities and assist with in-store marketing efforts.


Requirements and Skills:

-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)

-Passion for customer service and people engagement.

-Proven sales ability and target-driven mindset.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

-Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
