1. Job Opportunity: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

-Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls

-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

-Maintain a clean and organized reception area

-Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

-Coordinate meeting logistics and assist various departments as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
