Responsibilities:

-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the IGCSE curriculum.

-Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, projects, and assignments.

-Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

-Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs.

-Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum development.

-Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school leadership regarding student progress and performance.

-Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events.

-Contribute to extracurricular activities and student development programs.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

–Diploma in Secondary Education (Required).

–Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) will be an added advantage.

–Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in a secondary school.

-Experience in teaching IGCSE syllabus will be an advantage.

-Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.

-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
