Overview:
City Square Lodge, a leading hospitality establishment in Francistown, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join their team. This role is essential in promoting the lodge’s services, securing business opportunities, and enhancing client satisfaction.
Position Purpose:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by implementing strategic marketing plans, identifying new business channels, and maintaining long-term relationships with both corporate and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
-Identify, approach, and secure new markets and customers.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new ones.
-Coordinate and implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
-Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates.
-Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality sales or related industry.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Experience with digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
-Must possess a valid Class B driver’s license with at least 3 years of safe driving experience.
-Proven ability to meet targets and work independently.
