Overview:
TswanaGas, a trusted name in energy solutions, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their Gaborone team. This role combines physical delivery work with sales and customer service responsibilities to ensure customers receive timely, safe, and professional service.


Position Purpose:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering gas cylinders to customers, handling basic sales transactions, and promoting the company’s products while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver gas cylinders safely and on time to customers within Gaborone.

-Promote TswanaGas products and services to new and existing clients.

-Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service.

-Handle cash payments and ensure accurate record-keeping of deliveries.

-Follow all health and safety protocols during handling and transport of gas cylinders.


Requirements:

-Valid driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PRDP).

-Good knowledge of Gaborone’s streets and delivery routes.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Physically fit and capable of handling heavy gas cylinders.

-Experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
