- Cashiers
- Back-of-House Team (Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Cleaning Staff)
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver excellent customer service at all times
-Handle transactions efficiently and accurately (Cashiers)
-Prepare, cook, and assemble food orders according to company standards (Cooks)
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining area
-Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment
-Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Minimum Requirements:
–BGCSE qualification
-Must be a resident of Gaborone or have reliable accommodation in Gaborone
-Fluent in English and Setswana
-Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
