We are currently seeking a diligent and qualified Warehouse Officer to join our team in Ghanzi.
Position Purpose:
The Warehouse Officer plays a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations by managing inventory, processing deliveries, issuing materials, and maintaining stock accuracy in a safe and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
-Unpack and verify freight against delivery documentation
-Issue materials, tools, and spare parts to end users as requested
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard
-Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile inventory records
-Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and standards
-Support logistics and supply chain processes where necessary
Minimum Requirements:
-Relevant qualification in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain (certificate/diploma level preferred)
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or mining-related logistics environment
-Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management systems
-Forklift license or equipment handling certification (advantageous)
-Physically fit and capable of working in warehouse and outdoor yard conditions
-Good communication skills and attention to detail
-Able to work as part of a diverse and collaborative team
