Overview

Key Responsibilities
-Act as a brand ambassador by offering an outstanding customer experience.
-Exceed customer expectations through personalised service and tailored product recommendations.
-Monitor and meet sales targets by engaging customers and promoting diverse product ranges.
-Keep up with current fashion and sportswear trends.
-Replenish and maintain merchandise displays to ensure store readiness.
-Identify opportunities to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)
- Experience: Retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
