Overview

Township Rollers Football Club is seeking a visionary and experienced Sporting Director to oversee the club’s sporting strategy and long-term player development model. The ideal candidate will bring deep football knowledge and leadership capabilities to align technical performance with the club’s competitive objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement the club’s sporting philosophy and recruitment strategies.

-Supervise scouting, player development, and performance analytics.

-Liaise with the Technical Director and coaching staff to ensure synergy across all levels.

-Oversee academy development and integration into the first team.

-Manage relationships with agents, stakeholders, and league authorities.

Requirements

-Proven experience in a senior football or sports management role.

-Strong understanding of talent development, transfers, and league regulations.

-Excellent leadership and communication skills.

-Relevant degree or sports management certification is advantageous.
