Job Overview:
The Textile and Clothing Institute of Botswana (TCIB) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its team as an Admissions Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire student admissions process, from initial enquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of the student admissions process from enquiry to enrollment.
-Respond to prospective student queries via email, phone, and in-person visits.
-Process applications, verify supporting documentation, and maintain accurate admission records.
Qualifications & Experience:
-A Diploma or Degree in Education, Public Administration, or Marketing.
–Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student admissions within an academic or training institution.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
